Ken Cook Co, a technical publication firm, was awarded ISO 9001:2000 Certification from SGS International Certification Services, Inc. The certification followed a 12 month effort of assessment, research, documentation and implementation by all of the members of the Ken Cook Co. staff.

“This commitment to excellence provides an important advantage in today's competitive marketplace,” said Laura Landergott, Sales and Marketing Manager. Ken Cook Co. has separated themselves from their competition in the publishing and printing industry. According to industry survey, less than 10% of technical product documentation firms have received ISO Certification. This certificate represents the many hours of work and dedication to deliver a level of quality and better business practices.
